What is the MOQ?
Standard MOQ starts from 12 pieces per SKU. For custom OEM orders, MOQ starts from 500 pieces depending on complexity. New customer trial orders are flexible — contact us to discuss.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample orders.
What is the lead time?
Samples: 3 to 7 business days. For standard products, lead time is 5 to 15 business days; for custom/OEM orders, 20 to 30 business days depending on quantity and complexity.
Can you do custom OEM?
Yes. We offer custom logo, color, packaging, and kit assembly. MOQ starts from 500 pieces.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample orders are welcome. Sample fee: US$100 per SKU (up to 1 pc), fully refunded on your first bulk order.

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. Flexible shipping: FOB, CIF, DDP available.
Are your materials food-safe?
All food-contact materials are EU 1935/2004 compliant and LFGB/FDA tested.
