Production Lead Time
- Standard products: 5–15 business days after order confirmation and deposit
- Custom/OEM orders: 20–30 business days depending on complexity and quantity
- Samples: 3–7 business days, shipped via express courier
Shipping Terms
- FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou (default), CIF, or DDP available
- Sea freight for container orders; air and express for samples and urgent orders
- FBA-ready packaging available for e-commerce sellers
Sample Shipping
Sample fee: US$100 per SKU (up to 1 pc), fully refunded on your first bulk order. Custom mold/tooling fee: US$200–1000 one-time, refundable over 50,000 units. Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Tracking & Customs
- Tracking numbers provided for all express and courier shipments
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are agreed
- We provide complete export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates)
