Quality Guarantee

Every shipment is inspected before dispatch and accompanied by third-party test reports (LFGB, FDA, SGS) upon request. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship.

Inspection on Delivery

Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any quality issues within 14 days of delivery. Claims must include order number, photos, and quantity affected.

Defective Products

Verified manufacturing defects: replacement or full refund
Wrong items or quantities shipped: free re-shipment of correct goods
Transport damage: claim against carrier with our documentation support

Warranty Coverage

Products are warranted against material and workmanship defects for 6 months from shipment date. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
