Orders & Confirmation

Orders are binding only after written confirmation (PI — Proforma Invoice) and receipt of the agreed deposit. Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date.

Payment Terms

Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T)
L/C at sight available for orders above USD 10,000
Other payment arrangements negotiable for long-term partners

MOQ

Standard MOQ starts from 12 pieces per SKU. Custom OEM orders start from 500 pieces depending on complexity.

Intellectual Property

Custom molds and tooling developed for your products remain the property of the buyer upon full payment
We do not reproduce or supply buyer-branded products to third parties
Buyer-provided designs are used solely for the buyer’s orders

Inspection

Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, or buyer-nominated) is available before shipment at the buyer’s cost, or included for orders above USD 20,000.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
