Questions & Answers

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched from our Yangjiang factory. Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method — freight is quoted per order, with FOB / CIF / DDP options available (see Shipping Policy).

Are the nozzles really food-grade?

Yes — seamless 304 stainless steel, FDA verified (Bureau Veritas report (8826)229-0114). LFGB, ISO 9001 and SGS reports are in progress — available on request.

What is your MOQ?

Standard MOQ starts from 12 pieces per SKU; custom OEM orders from 500 pieces.

What are your lead times?

Standard 5–15 days after deposit; OEM 20–30 days depending on complexity.

Can I get samples?

Yes — 3–7 days, fee refunded on first bulk order. Shipping paid by buyer.

What happens if goods arrive damaged?

Every carton is strapped and palletized before dispatch, and we send loading photos together with the shipping documents. If damage occurs in transit, send us photos of the outer carton and the inner packing within 14 days of delivery. We file and follow up the carrier or insurance claim with you, and where the damage traces back to our packing we replace the affected units on your next order.

Can I mix different products in one container?

Yes. You can combine piping tips, nozzle sets, turntables, bags and kits in one container. Wholesale MOQ stays at 12 pcs per SKU, so you can build an assortment without over-stocking any single item. We send the container loading plan and loading photos before the container leaves.

Can you pack and label for FBA (Amazon)?

Yes. We apply FNSKU labels and pack to Amazon requirements, including poly-bagging with the suffocation warning and Amazon’s box weight and label rules. Send your FNSKU list and packing instructions as an Excel file and we confirm the packing plan before production.
