Our standard MOQ starts from 12 pieces per SKU, which is friendly for first orders and trial runs. Custom OEM orders start from 500 pieces depending on complexity. New customer trial orders are flexible — contact us to discuss. Sample lead time is 3 to 7 business days; standard products ship in 5 to 15 business days; OEM orders take 20 to 30 business days depending on quantity and complexity.
5. Plan your customization early
OEM and ODM services cover product size, color, and material adjustments, logo customization (laser engraving or silk-screen printing), and packaging — color boxes, kraft boxes, and other options. Multi-SKU bundle packaging and pallet-ready export packaging are available, and we can pack for FBA delivery. Custom molds and tooling carry a one-time fee that is refundable on orders over 10,000 units.
