How the set runs on a station
The set follows the order a cake is actually finished. The turntable rotates a full 360°, the wire slicer splits the layers, and three scrapers — leveler, curved bowl and serrated — take the sides smooth before piping starts.
Tips and couplers
The 54 tips split 48 small and 6 medium, so one set covers fine work and large borders on the same cake. Three couplers ship with it, two small and one medium, so two bags can sit loaded with different tips at the station.
Cups and cleaning
Twelve silicone muffin cups come in three colours, four yellow, four red and four blue. Metal parts are food-grade stainless steel and the set is dishwasher safe, so tips and spatulas go through repeated wash cycles.
